Tiempos de espera:
La comisión se realizará en un lapso que puede variar desde 1 semana hasta 6 meses dependiendo de la lista de espera, eventos e imprevistos, así mismo, se hará saber ante cualquier retraso en la comisión.Fase 1 (Boceto): El comprador tiene permiso de realizar hasta 2 cambios una vez entregado el boceto, cambios adicionales tienen un costo extra (+$2 USD por cambio)Fase 2 (Lineart): Una vez confirmado el boceto, se realizará el delineado acorde a la base inicial del boceto.Fase 3 (Color): En caso de solicitar una comisión a color, se puede realizar solo 1 cambio a la paleta de color (En caso de un cambio imprevisto del dibujo después de haberse aprobado el bocetaje y lineart se añadirá $3 USD por cambio).Las actualizaciones y avances de comisiones se harán por medio de la plataforma Trello una vez aprobado el boceto adjuntando foto de prueba del avance, misma plataforma que se usará como lista de espera en caso de tener duda sobre en qué fase se encuentra su comisión. (El comprador puede hacer uso de un seudónimo / anónimo así como pedirme censurar el avance de su comisión en la plataforma Trello, cumpliendo con la privacidad del mismo.)-Se le hará una cotización de su comisión antes de realizar cualquier pago, así como un formulario de forms en la cual el comprador es consciente de los términos y condiciones aclarados por el artista.POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN.
El comprador puede solicitar su devolución en caso de No notificarse sobre el inicio de su comisión en más de 3 meses establecidos.De otro modo si se tiene avanzada / iniciada la comisión NO se hará devolución alguna.Como artista me reservo el hecho de no aceptar comisiones con índole sexual de personas reales sin el permiso escrito del tercero, así mismo, de ser el caso que me sienta incómoda con una comisión se lo haré saber antes de realizar cualquier pago.

Time of Waiting
The commission will we realized in one week at six months (depend of the wait list, events or incidents, in any case I´ll send a message for the delay.Phase 1 (Sketch): The buyer have the permission to make 2 changes when I send the sketch, additional changes have an extra cost (+$2 USD per change)Phase 2 (Lineart): Once the sketch is done, the lineart will be carried out according to the initial base of the sketch.Phase 3 (Color): If a color commission is requested, only 1 change can be made to the color palette (In case of an unforeseen change to the drawing after the sketch and lineart have been approved, $3 USD will be added per change) .Commission updates and progress will be made through the Trello platform once the sketch is approved, attaching a photo of proof of the progress, the same platform that will be used as a waiting list in case you have doubts about what phase your commission is in.(The buyer can use a pseudonym / anonymous as well as ask me to censor the progress of their commission on the Trello platform, complying with their privacy.)-You will be given a document of your commission before making any payment, as well as a form in which the buyer is aware of the terms and conditions clarified by the artist.RETURN POLICY.
The buyer may request a refund if they are not notified of the start of their commission in more than 3 months.Otherwise, if the commission is advanced/started, NO refund will be made.As an artist, I reserve the right to not accept commissions of a sexual action from real people without the written permission of the third party. Likewise, if I feel uncomfortable with a commission, I will let you know before making any payment.
